And everyone knows at SEWRPC that Ken Yunker lacks diversity training. SE WI residents don't really understand how SEWRPC is (mis)managed. If the public did, they would demand accountability of Ken Yunker and politely ask him to step down. The worst part is that another review participant from SEWRPC, Transportation Director Chris Hiebert, has no public relation skills. I've met Chris at several public meetings; he must be the most uniformed planner in WI. SEWRPC can change its course, I still believe, but that would mean getting new top management and also stop paying Phil Evenson to be a full-time paid consultant. Everyone at the SEWRPC office knows Phil Evenson still comes into work every day, even though Ken Yunker denies this. I heard through the grapevine that Phil Evenson was only contracted out through June 2009 (yeah right). Keep the pressure up Gretchen.
