Everyone needs something to do Saturday besides St. Patrick’s Day parades, right? Here’s an opportunity to clean out and safely dispose of some of that electronic junk you have stored away.

Residents of southeast Wisconsin will be able to drop-off television sets, computer equipment, and other consumer electronics for recycling on March 14th at Wisconsin State Fair Park, just west of Milwaukee.  The collection event will be open from 10am to 2pm.  CRT Processing, LLC, of Janesville will be collecting the equipment, which will be refurbished and reused or responsibly recycled.  The Samsung-sponsored event is hosted by the City of Milwaukee along with Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful.  There is no charge for residents.  (No businesses accepted.)
