What he didn't tell you was how much they're going to have to cut shared revenue over the next two years which will force the elimination of local Firefighters and probably leave on the street Police positions unfilled. I do think the first $300M going to pavement is ridiculous. I would think staffing our Fire departments, funding transit, and maintaining libraries, instead of cutting them, would be considered more "shovel ready".
