I like it that someone (the NAACP) is finally calling SEWRPC out on it's BS. Ever since it was founded, this outfit has been out of touch with Milwaukee; mainly representing the desires of Waukesha and insisting on costly expansion projects on freeways that are mostly empty except for about 3 hours a day.

I heard that part of the complaint was about SEWRPC's location, literally in the middle of nowhere, and that the NAACP demanded that these people open an office in the city. This is another positive step, since SEWRPC currently recieves very little city and minority input on it's decisions.
